$220.00: Per Night (two people)

$1300.00: Per Week (two people)

Additional guests per night: $40.00

 Additional guest per week: $180.00

Arrival: You may arrive between 11:00am and 4:00 PM, so that we may personally greet you and show you around the loft. Checkout is at 11:00AM. We may allow for earlier arrivals as long as previous guests have check out and the loft has been thoroughly cleaned.

Pets: We are sorry, but we do not allow pets in the loft.

Rates: Rates are subject to availability and may change without notice.

Smoking: Our loft is a smoke-free environment. In addition, the use of candles, incense, outdoor oil lamps, flame bar-b-ques, or any other type of flame on the property other than smoking outside, is expressly forbidden.

Cancellations: You must cancel at least 30 days before your reserved time in order to receive a full refund. Any cancellations of less than 30 days notice will receive a pro-rated refund at our discretion. We may substitute a future stay if agreeable to both parties. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

Deposit: We require a minimum deposit of 250.00, which will be returned to you upon your departure, or within 14 business days of your departure via the USPS, as long as there has been no damage or missing items.

Complete Guest Information: When you are ready to reserve, please provide us with accurate information about the number of people in your party. Guests who arrive with more than the specified number of people, or who arrive with unannounced guests, will be charged an extra fee, or may be turned away with no refund at the owners’ discretion.

Reservations: You may make a reservation with a valid credit card or check. There is no additional cleaning fee unless guests leave property in exceptionally bad condition. Checks must be received within 7 business days prior to your stay. Checks must be made out to Charles Stadtlander, Sr. 5510 Voorheis Road, Trumansburg, New York 14886.
